First Q&A

What made you decide to start a blog?
This is kind of cringe, but in some ways, part of the reason I decided to start a blog is that I read Zoella's 'Girl Online' and felt inspired to start a blog myself...
Also, because my friend Marti, who you may know from my new year's post or from her blog, Pink Smarties, has a blog and felt like giving it a whirl to see what it was like and I suppose Cosy Allure has evolved from this

What are all your hobbies?
Reading, I can't think of much that I prefer to do other than getting absorbed in a brilliant novel. Singing, when I put my music on whilst getting ready for school, I find myself running late because I can't help but sing along. I do also enjoy a bit of DIY, especially when it comes to gifts because I believe that when it comes to giving presents, it's the thought that counts and also walking/hiking because I really enjoy being outdoors, especially on a crisp day and spending some time in my own company whilst doing something beneficial to my health.

What is your favourite T.V. programme?
Pass? *insert awkward laugh*
I don't know in all honesty. I have quite a few that I like, but I suppose if I had to choose one, I would probably go for Teen Wolf as it's the first series that I can remember finishing fully, and it's one that I have re-watched on many occasions and has led to my love of various other films.

3 random facts about yourself?
Image of Ancient Standing Stones in Stetness, Orkney from Google'
First, I have celiac disease (allergy to gluten due to my small intestine being hypersensitive to wheat and gluten, meaning I am unable to digest it), second, I lived on the Orkney Islands for the first 6 years of my life and third, I did my bronze DofE award last summer.

Worst Fear?
Spiders. I cannot stand them. At all. I am watching a film and one appears and my hair brushes my neck, I will freak out and jump 10 feet across the room.

What is your favourite food?
Reese's peanut butter cups for sure. I practically live off them.

Private or public schools?
Public. I don't see the point of private schools. Everyone receives the same education so I don't see the point in the two types but I prefer public because I don't understand why some places see a point in charging masses of money just for people to have a smaller teacher to student ratio.

What's your favourite colour?
Blue. It's a pretty colour, the colour of my eyes and I like the idea of going against the whole stereotype of blue being a man's colour.

What's your most listened to song currently?
'Lying is the most fun a girl can have' by Panic! at the Disco. I've only listened to the first 2 Panic! albums because I have not had the time to get the others so I have limited knowledge of their music but at this current moment this is my favourite song. Of course my new enjoyment of Panic! is courtesy of my friend who facilitated my Harry Potter obsession from October last year :D

Thank you to everyone who sent me a question! Let me know in the comments if you think this is something I should do again or if you have any further questions for me xx
